A two – day online, interactive and practical workshop or watch later

Do you work with bipolar disorder but are looking to increase your skills? Or are you new to work with bipolar? This course will give you a masterclass on conducting effective therapy with this group.

This course will help you to better understand and formulate the psychological mechanisms of bipolar, underlining the role that factors such as high standards and positive beliefs about mania play in mood swings.

The course will go into detail on specific, practical techniques for relapse prevention, working on acute mood changes, and addressing underlying issues which increase vulnerability
